July 17 - Eden Prairie firefighters used the standpipe at a parking garage to bring a vehicle fire under control.
Chief 3 arrived at the Southwest Metro Parking Garage on Technology Drive to find the engine compartment of a car fully involved on the fourth floor of the parking garage.
Engine 11′s crew brought a standpipe pack to the fourth floor where they connected to the standpipe system. The driver of Engine 11 worked with Engine 12 to secure a water supply and feed the standpipe.
